I built Noctua because in my previous business I was losing hours every day answering the same WhatsApps. I automated the process, it worked, and I decided others should have that too.
I work from home, sometimes from the mountains. I train four days a week — if I don't train, I don't think straight. On weekends I look for any excuse to be in nature: hiking, routes, anything without a screen.
Every bot we deliver, I review myself before it reaches the client. Not because I don't trust the team, but because I care that it works exactly as we promised.
